Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Security Guard (Danru Security) to join our team. The role involves overseeing security operations, coordinating with management and authorities, monitoring premises, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate security team activities to ensure effective implementation of security procedures.
• Monitor protected areas and take appropriate action to address incidents or emergencies.
• Ensure all security staff comply with applicable security protocols and regulations.
• Evaluate security team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, such as management, police, and authorities, to address security issues.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on security activities and incidents.
• Monitor operational security across all business units.
• Conduct investigations and interrogations related to security issues within the company.
• Review and adjust existing SOPs to align with real-world conditions.
• Conduct routine evaluations of security personnel.
• Assess each area of the company on a periodic basis and develop security plans based on the assessment.
• Ensure all security staff possess the required certifications for their positions.
• Monitor CCTV across all business units and analyze recordings.
• Provide refreshments and training for security personnel.
• Understand security management systems, network CCTV, and operate security systems.

Qualifications

• Maximum age 45 years.
• Experience managing personnel at a factory or similar location.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Proficiency in security procedures and protocols, with strong leadership capabilities.
• Team management and personnel supervision skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High integrity, self‑discipline, and commitment to security.

Additional Details for Candidates

• Maximum age 35 years for the initial Security Guard role.
• Minimum 1 year of factory work experience.
• No chronic illnesses or broken bones.
• Hardworking demeanor.
• Last education: Senior High School (SLTA) or equivalent.

Compensation

Salary range: IDR 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 per month.
