Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Specialist located in Tangerang. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. The role involves analyzing technical problems, communicating with team members and clients, and ensuring systems and processes run smoothly.

- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to address technical challenges
- Customer Service skills to ensure positive client experiences
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic working environment
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field is advantageous
- Experience in hardware and software management is a plus
