Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Design & Development

  • Design end-to-end learning experiences (blended, hybrid, or digital learning).

  • Develop contextualized training content tailored to MSME needs.
  • Ensure learning materials are inclusive, practical, and aligned with project goals.
  • Project Implementation

  • Be hands-on in executing learning projects, including on-the-ground support.

  • Coordinate with MSMEs, community partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, adjusting as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build relationships with MSME participants, NGO partners, and funders.

  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and co-design sessions with stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment between project objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Learning Head and stakeholders to deliver impactful projects.

  • Provide input on learning strategy and methodology based on field insights.
Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in instructional/learning design, preferably in NGOs or development projects.
  • Proven experience working with MSMEs, community programs, or grassroots projects.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong instructional design skills (needs analysis, curriculum design, module development).
  • Excellent facilitation and training delivery skills.
  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, from MSME owners to donor organizations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with both fieldwork and learning tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel frequently and spend significant time in the field
