- Preparation expatriate document
- Responsible for checking business travel expenses report
- Responsible for booking hotel, airplane/train ticket related to business trip
- Ensure a well-maintained infrastructure and facilities
- Ensure scheduled maintenance for office infrastructure in head office and branch office
- Responsible for managing rent and lease management (office, warehouse, branch manager housing, expatriate housing)
- Responsible for storing documents in GA
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in management, secretary, or a related field.
- Have minimum 2 years of experiences in related field.
- Fluency in
Mandarin and English
. - Thriving at Microsoft Office and ERP.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Persistent, number friendly, time management and detail oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Have knowledge of immigration laws and regulations will be advantage.
