IT Support & Systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and databases.
- Manage and support ERP/MES systems for production, quality and inventory.
- Ensure cybersecurity protocols, backups and data protection are implemented.
- Support software and hardware requirements for production and office systems.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve system issues.
- Document and standardize IOT (such as Fingerprint, CCTV and others machine), IT process, and trouble shooting guides.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related field.
- Having 2-5 years of experience in IT.
- Proficiency in networking, Linux Environments.
- Familiar with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus)
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, manufacturing environments.
Technical Qualifications:
Proficient in network configuration (TCP/IP, routing, firewall, Mikrotik) and IT systems administration. Strong konwledge and Skilled in Linux server management, Windows Environment, hardware/software troubleshooting, virtualization, and data backup. Knowledgeable in SQL Server, MySQL, and various web programming languages.
