- Coordinate internally with the information technology team (project team, management, etc.) and external teams (vendors, etc.)
- Prepare project operational work plans, covering technical, time, administrative, and financial aspects of the project
- Implement and control project operations to ensure they run according to plan (on track)
- Identify and resolve potential future issues for early anticipation
- Create work plans and monitor their implementation; communicate and monitor work progress with subordinates to ensure targets are met
- Communicate verbally and in writing regarding updated reports on ongoing projects
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors (including project assignments) for the benefit of the company.
