Qualifications
:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Have experience in toll manufacturing, contract manufacturing, business development
preferably in FMCG, or food industries
.
Strong understanding of end-to-end toll manufacturing processes, including capacity planning, production, and logistics.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Capable of conducting market analysis, evaluating customer feasibility, and developing client acquisition strategies.
Solid knowledge of legal, commercial, and technical aspects of tolling agreements.
Results-driven and target-oriented with a
strong sales mindset
.
Handling OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) focuses on managing production by third-party manufacturers.
Willing to travel for business as required.
