Minimum Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of experiences as PMO in the Financial Industry (Banking, Multifinace, FinTech, etc)
- Bachelor's degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong problem-solving, quantitative, critical, logical thinking, and analytical
- Good in coordination and communications
- Ability to quickly understand complex discussions and identify key issues to focus on.
- Creative in providing out-of-the-box solutions while remaining structured and methodical
- Have adequate product/tech knowledge (e.g. understanding of API, BRD)
- Growth mindset with a proactive attitude; eager to learn, adaptable, and flexible in a dynamic environment.
- Able to work independently and cross-functionally and clearly identify dependencies, escalate potential roadblocks and recommend effective actions
- Willing to work fully on-site in Central Jakarta
- Willing to work in a Multifinance company
- Preferably based in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek) or on the island of Java
- 1-year project-based contract
