EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience equally preferable CERTIFICATIONS

  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
  • Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM)
  • Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP)
  • Certified Professional in Online Learning (COP) WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Human resources (HR) administration or operations experience or previous success educating on or influencing the adoption of, new technologies
  • Experience in a complex and/or global environment a plus FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
  • Experience with project execution, data collection, tracking and maintenance
  • Regarded as responsive and resourceful when responding to inquiries, escalating issues as needed
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar business software products
  • Working knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms preferred
  • Exposure to curriculum development, instructional design, or training initiatives preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to translate complex topics into simple and clear explanations

  • Always acts with integrity RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administer and maintain Learning Management System (LMS) data, including user management and content updates
  • Track and ensure availability and accessibility of regulatory and compliance training content
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of training data for LMS reporting purposes
  • Respond to LMS inquiries, escalating issues as appropriate
  • Support the coordination and delivery of various Learning and Development (L & D) projects and programs
  • Collaborate across Human Resources (HR), L & D and the business to move L & D deliverables forward
