Responsibilities:
1. Organize event by understand the brief, objective and plan the event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
Track and report the progress of all ongoing brand-related projects.
Manage vendors, negotiate deals, and ensure timely delivery of goods or services.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and on-ground support of offline brand activities.
Manage paperwork and administrative tasks related to procurement and projects
Procurement Support: Search for suitable vendors, negotiate deals, and ensure timely delivery of goods or services.
Project Monitoring: Track and report the progress of all ongoing brand-related projects.
Offline Activation: Assist in the planning, coordination, and on-ground support of offline brand activities.
