Key responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy and maintain a content calendar.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content, including written posts, graphics, and short-form videos for various platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social channels, respond to audience interactions, and foster a positive community.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to generate leads and improve performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using key metrics and KPIs to inform future strategy.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and creative, to align messaging and support promotional activities.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and visual identity across all digital channels.

Required skills and qualifications :

  • Professional experience managing and growing social media channels.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills, for both social media and web content.
  • Proficiency in creating various types of content, including graphics and video editing.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles for web content.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
