Job Description
- Responsible for key account connection and relationship maintenance, identify customer needs, and improve customer DOS and saticifaction.
2.New product launches, including new product alloacation, estimate NPL sell out, implementation of launch promotion plans and performance review, to ensure new products quickly penetrate the market.
Coordinate the daily product allocation work, reasonably distribute products based on sales data and demands of store and partners; meanwhile, be responsible for product inventory management (purchase, sale and inventory), monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking, and ensure the efficient operation of the supply chain.
Use English for daily work communication, including communicating with overseas collegues, handling English emails, meeting interpretation and other related work.
Qualifications
Work Experience: More than 5 years of relevant experience in category operations, familiar with the product operation logic.
Core Competencies: Have experience in key account connection and management, with successful cases of maintaining important customers; proficient in daily product allocation and product inventory management (PSI), and able to optimize product turnover efficiency through data.
Language Proficiency: English can be used as a working language, with fluent English reading and writing skills and the ability to communicate in English.
Personal Qualities: Strong pressure resistance, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment; outgoing personality, with good communication and coordination skills and team spirit.
