Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for an Information Technology Application Support position located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The IT Application Support professional will provide day-to-day application support, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth business processes. They will also work closely with clients to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.

Job Description

  • Provide support and maintenance for web-based applications.
  • Analyze and resolve application issues within SLA targets.
  • Collaborate with users and developers to handle incidents and improvements.
  • Perform debugging, log monitoring, and basic testing activities.
  • Assist in application enhancement and API integration.
  • Maintain documentation and version control using GitLab.
  • Support deployment and release processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 1–1.5 years of experience in IT Application Support, preferably for web-based applications.
  • Good understanding of JavaScript , , TypeScript, Tailwind) and related technologies.
  • Familiar with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and query tuning.
  • Basic knowledge of backend languages (Python, PHP, or Java).
  • Able to perform debugging using browser dev tools and log monitoring.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work with time-bound targets (SLA).
