About the Role
Electrum is developing the digital and operational foundation of Indonesia's electric mobility ecosystem. We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about solving complex problems and delivering products that create scalable, real-world impact.
You will lead product strategy, execution, and discovery across cross-functional teams to build solutions that drive seamless and efficient EV operations.
What You Will Do- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery, design, validation, development, launch, and iteration.
- Translate business goals and user needs into product roadmaps, feature requirements, and success metrics.
- Lead product planning through data analysis, market insight, operational feedback, and user research.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Develop and refine business cases, prioritization frameworks, and trade-off decisions.
- Track product performance through KPIs, analytics dashboards, and post-launch evaluations.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder alignment while ensuring effective communication.
- Continuously learn from customer and operational insights to improve product value and usability.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 3–6 years of experience in product management within tech, mobility, logistics, fintech, or similar environments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using product data to drive decision-making.
- Solid understanding of system workflows, API-driven products, or IoT-integrated solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Experience working on operational products with field or hardware integration.
- Familiarity with EV charging, battery systems, or transportation platforms.
- Experience using Agile processes and product tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Figma.
- Background in launching new products in early-stage or fast-growth environments.
