About the role
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor, Project Sales (Semarang) to join our team at PT TOA Coating Indonesia in Semarang, Central Java. As Supervisor, Project Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and growth within our project-based sales division. This is a full-time position based in our Semarang office.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the project sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive new business opportunities
- Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and requirements
- Provide mentoring and guidance to the sales team, helping them to develop their skills and capabilities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new sales opportunities
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales supervisory or management role, preferably in the construction or coatings industry
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, providing effective coaching and mentorship
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use this information to inform sales strategies
- Degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Sales, or Marketing, is preferred
