We’re looking for a Senior Producer who can take ownership of projects from start to finish. You’ll be the go-to person for both internal teams and clients—anticipating needs, solving problems, and keeping everything on track. If you’re highly organized, proactive, and resourceful, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet objectives.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards across all deliverables.
  • Proactively find ways to deliver excellent work while staying within budget and schedule.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, including forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with resource management teams to secure project talent.
  • Work with department leads to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Define and refine processes that improve workflow and delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate external partners or vendors as needed.
  • Contribute to new business opportunities through scoping and planning.
  • Collaborate with clients to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks.
  • Lead internal and client meetings with clear objectives and structured agendas.
Success Criteria
  • 5–10 years of experience in a project management or production role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver consistently within scope, time, and budget.
  • Proven track record of identifying and mitigating risks to prevent delays or budget issues.
  • Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Experience improving processes and increasing efficiency through post-project evaluation.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving measurable project outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
Required Skills
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
  • Tech‑savvy with a good understanding of software development processes.
  • Experience managing software development lifecycles—from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
