Job Descriptions:
- Conduct field/site surveys for telecom infrastructure like towers, fiber routes, BTS sites, etc.
- Design telecom networks (fiber optic routes, cellular towers, microwave links, etc.) based on survey data.
- Create network topology diagrams, duct/cable layouts, and structural drawings.
- Prepare detailed CAD drawings (AutoCAD or similar) and design documents (DDRs, LLDs, HLDs).
- Ensure the design adheres to regulatory and engineering standards.
- Prepare and submit accurate survey reports, route maps, and site feasibility reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (RF engineers, civil engineers, project teams) and external stakeholders (vendors, authorities).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS tools, MS Office, and network planning software.
- Familiarity with fiber optics, RF planning, tower design, or OSP (Outside Plant) systems.
- Understanding of telecom infrastructure standards and practices.
