Role Purpose

Bertanggung jawab penuh atas strategi, pengembangan, dan eksekusi lini produk merchandising resmi IP Visinema (toys, apparel, stationery, home living, collectible items, dsb). Posisi ini memastikan produk-produk yang dikeluarkan aligned dengan visi Visinema Studio jangka panjang termasuk dengan brand identity IP, menghasilkan revenue berulang, serta memperluas daya hidup IP jangka panjang.

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchandising Strategy & Planning

  • Menyusun roadmap produk tahunan untuk tiap IP dari Visinema Studio.

  • Menentukan kategori produk prioritas.
  • Membuat proyeksi revenue dan margin dari tiap lini produk.

  • Product Development & Design Coordination

  • Bekerja sama dengan Chief of Design, Visinema Studio untuk menghasilkan produk yang sesuai.

  • Memastikan kualitas, packaging, dan storytelling produk selaras dengan value IP.
  • Mengawasi proses produksi dari prototype → mass production.

  • Merchandising Operations & Supply Chain

  • Mengatur vendor, manufaktur, hingga logistik produk.

  • Mengontrol cost structure
  • Membuat sistem inventori & distribusi (baik online store maupun offline store).

  • Sales Channel Development

  • Membuka jalur distribusi: official online store, marketplace, pop-up store, retail partner

  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim Sales untuk integrasi campaign

  • Brand & Licensing Synergy

  • Bekerja sama dengan Head of Licensing terkait lisensi produk.

  • Menjaga agar lini merchandise internal tidak bentrok dengan kontrak lisensi eksternal.

Job Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields (preferably with focus in retail/FMCG/creative industry).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in merchandising, product development, retail, or licensing, preferably within the entertainment, toys, fashion, or lifestyle brand industry.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation, design, production, distribution, to sales.
  • Experience in working with vendors/manufacturers and understanding supply chain and distribution processes.
  • Strong knowledge of merchandising strategy, product roadmap, and product category management.
  • Solid understanding of margin, cost structure, pricing, and revenue projection.
  • Familiarity with modern distribution channels (official online stores, marketplaces, retail partners).
  • Ability to set up and manage inventory and distribution systems.
  • Preferably with exposure to creative product design and brand/IP storytelling.
