Job Descriptions :

  • Inventory control of office supplies

  • Office extension and renovation

  • Taking care of facility management, maintenance and office expansion, dealing with issues as they arise in a timely manner

  • Procurement and vendor relations

  • Assist and conducting new hire process (AOA & ROA)

  • Keeping records of office assets (update database, assets label and asset opname)

  • Submit invoices, receipts and other related documents regularly

  • Any other relevant responsibilities as requested by user

Requirements:

  • Male/female, max 35 y.o

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Organized and detail oriented person

  • Able to do multitasking and meet the deadline

  • Willing to be placed in Sleman, Yogyakarta

  • Willing to do business trips to other cities if needed
