Job Descriptions :
Inventory control of office supplies
Office extension and renovation
Taking care of facility management, maintenance and office expansion, dealing with issues as they arise in a timely manner
Procurement and vendor relations
Assist and conducting new hire process (AOA & ROA)
Keeping records of office assets (update database, assets label and asset opname)
Submit invoices, receipts and other related documents regularly
Any other relevant responsibilities as requested by user
Requirements:
Male/female, max 35 y.o
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Organized and detail oriented person
Able to do multitasking and meet the deadline
Willing to be placed in Sleman, Yogyakarta
Willing to do business trips to other cities if needed
