Job Descriptions:

Ensure all IT assets are properly recorded in the inventory system, including hardware (computers, servers, networking devices) and software (licenses, applications).
Conduct a physical inventory/stock take once a year.
Ensure compliance with software licensing.
Manage the procurement process, from request to receipt/recording of assets.
Prepare regular reports on the status and performance of IT assets.
Collaborate with other departments such as Finance, Human Resources, and Operations to ensure integrated asset management.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma Degree in Management, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Asset Management, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
Strong initiative and effective communication skills.
Proficient in data management.
Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
