Translator for Bahasa, Indonesia and English

We are IT company and recruiting customer service on Indonesia development.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service during system development communication, including the customer requirement, feedback from project development team, to improve the communication between customer and project development team.
  • Respond to specific questions and issues from customers; get headquarter team's support to understand and solve the issue.
  • Conduct friendly communication with customers, respond to their inquiries, provide timely feedback to customer, and translate the accurate inquiries to project development team in English.
  • Support service localization incl. FAQ, email, script etc. (translate between Bahasa, Indonesia and English, including Chinese is preferrable. )

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Bahasa, Indonesian and English (both oral and written); Cantonese or Mandarin will be plus;
  • Bachelor or above degree;
  • Knowledge in Finance and Accounting, solid experience is advance.

  • Job experience in IT system development will be highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, high empathy level, ability to communicate smoothly with customers and project development team.
  • Competency in MS office incl. word, excel etc.

One-year contract (Renewable):

In-House role

  • Position with long-term strategic goals, so contract is renewable (may become permanent full-time employees)
  • Salary increase will be considered when contract renewing
