We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a
Costumer Relationship Management Agent/Costumer Service at Respiro Indonesia.

This is a
Shifting/Remote Job - WFA
.
(The first and second shift is required to be present at the office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm customer payments and verify proof of transfers.
  • Check shipment tracking numbers and monitor delivery progress.
  • Oversee and ensure accuracy in the order packaging process for both website and marketplace platforms.
  • Handle product exchanges (article/size/color) before shipment.
  • Manage product exchanges (article/size/color) through marketplace channels.
  • Support and coordinate bulk purchase orders.
  • Manage and process purchases made through WhatsApp.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in
    sales or customer service.
  • Able to stay online and responsive during assigned working hours.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using relevant digital tools and software.
  • Strong analytical thinking and project management abilities.
  • Educational background in
    Marketing, Business, or related fields.
