Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, farmer groups, and agricultural cooperatives.
- Lead research and feasibility studies related to sustainable farming and carbon credit opportunities.
- Manage data collection, field surveys, and policy analysis.
- Prepare bilingual (English–Bahasa Indonesia) reports and presentations.
- Support coordination between local teams and regional management in Japan.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, business development, or research within the agriculture or environmental sector.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of sustainable agriculture, carbon markets, or biochar/AWD practices is an advantage.
