Job Description:
Project:
Create a safety maintenance checklist tailored to the installations and equipment used across all outlets.
- Analyze the requirements for tools and equipment related to playground maintenance.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the maintenance of play installations, playground facilities, and work tools.
Prepare and compile a manual book for operations and maintenance.
Daily Task:
Perform routine safety maintenance checklists.
- Conduct repairs on play installations and playground facilities (Monday-Thursday).
- Communicate with the project team and third parties (vendors) regarding the safety and repair of playground installations, play equipment, and other facilities.
Coordinate and hand over daily safety inspection results to the operations team for further action.
Weekly Task:
Evaluate potential damages to play installations and facilities.
- Analyze and communicate preventive actions related to safety.
- Ensure equipment downtime does not exceed one (1) week.
- Submit weekly budget requirements (if applicable).
Support event preparation
Monthly Task:
Conduct safety equipment inspections across all outlets.
- Develop maintenance plans for equipment and analyze repair and spare part cost requirements.
- Perform stock-taking of assets and spare parts.
- Create incident analysis and safety alerts related to operational incidents.
- Coordinate with building safety (K3) personnel regarding building check-ups and other safety plans.
- Facilitate safety training sessions for all departments.
Attributes:
- Minimum a High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experienced in construction, maintenance, or repair of park facilities and infrastructure
- Able to effectively manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously requires strong organizational skills, prioritization, communication, and flexibility
