This individual will play a role manage and monitor transaction reports and financial accounting activities, as well as report and pay bills thoroughly and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of daily financial transactions.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and adjustments.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support the closing process by ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data.
  • Manage and verify invoices, payment documents, and expense reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders such as auditors and tax consultants.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Finance & Accounting team.
Qualifications
  • Preferred Domicile in Bali
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation (Indonesian tax regulations preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar). Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work with accuracy under deadlines.
  • Good communication skills (both written & verbal) and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling financial information.
