Job Description:

  • Prepare design plan and/or review design plan from consultants, develop design details, and ensure design drawings are proper, complete, and accurate.
  • Prepare drawings necessary for project's planning & development permit/project tender.
  • Propose building and material specifications.
  • Coordinate with parties related to the design plan.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design major.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Developer Company or Consultant in housing project.
  • Computer literate (ability to operate Auto CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office).
  • Able to produce concept design schemes with minimum supervision.
  • Able to work in a team environment and tight schedule.
  • Deep knowledge in architect design, technical drawing, interior design.
  • Willing to be placed in Rancamaya - Bogor.
Architect Manager

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance, mentorship and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
  • Oversee the design process, from concept development to detailed design, ensuring projects adhere to budget, timeline and quality targets.
  • Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications and other technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations and industry standards.
  • Identify and implement best practices to improve design efficiency and quality.
  • Actively participate in business development activities, such as pitching for new projects and attending client meetings.

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in a similar Architect Manager or Senior Architect role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams to successfully deliver complex architectural projects.
  • Excellent design and technical skills, with a strong understanding of architectural principles, building systems and construction methodologies.
  • Proficient in using various design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM tools.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, actionable plans.
  • Proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality work within defined timelines and budgets.
