PT. HA-Assist is a company that provides assistance to Australian insolvency accounting services in Australia. We are offering a final year student or fresh graduate to be part of our accounting internship program. The internship program is designed to gain work-related experience.
Learning Objectives:
The intern will learn how to:
- Identify, define and use common business terminology used at the worksite.
- Assist with basic accounting process and function of bank reconciliation, accounts receivable and payable, Payroll, income tax preparation and financial report analysis.
- Assist in producing high quality documents utilizing Word, Excel, Power Point, MYOB, XERO, QuickBooks and other software.
- Attend meetings and learn to take minutes.
- Keep and access physical and electronic records.
Requirements:
- Final year or a fresh graduate from reputable university (Major: Finance, Business or Accounting).
- Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Structured, detail-oriented person, able to work accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills (JELA min Score 32, IELTS min Score 5.5, or TOEFL min score 46-59)
- Living locally or within 30 Minutes of Traveling to our Office (Karawaci Office park, Tanggerang).
