About the Role
We are seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of all financial activities. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial management.

Position: Finance and Accounting Manager

Employment Type: Permanent (3-month probation)

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: 5–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit, preferably in a fast-paced or growing organization.
  • Proven experience in Financial Reporting & Analysis, Taxation & Regulatory Compliance, Financial Operations & Cash Flow Management, Financial Planning & Risk Management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

Responsibility:

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and analysis.
  • Ensure all revenue, expenses, and cash transactions are recorded in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Interpret financial information for management and provide recommendations for operational or strategic actions.

2. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

  • Monitor and manage company cash flow, payables, and receivables.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer payments are received on time.
  • Oversee payment scheduling to vendors and internal reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

3. Financial Control & Accounting Oversight

  • Review weekly payment lists and verify compliance with company budget and financial policies.
  • Ensure accurate general ledger postings and proper account classification for all transactions.
  • Implement effective internal control processes across financial operations.

4. Taxation

  • Ensure all transactions are compliant with prevailing tax regulations.
  • Review monthly tax payment schedules and filings.
  • Coordinate with external tax consultants regarding tax issues, regulatory updates, and their implications for company transactions.

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain effective relationships with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and internal departments.
  • Act as a financial business partner to internal teams, providing analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Respond promptly to ad-hoc requests from third parties (e.g., auditors, tax authorities, financial institutions).
