About The Role

We are seeking a Management Accountant (Managerial Role - Based in Ngoro, Mojokerto) to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting strategic financial planning and operational decision‑making within the company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing core financial functions while collaborating closely with senior management and cross‑functional teams.

• Budgeting & Forecasting : Develop and manage budgets, prepare financial forecasts, and monitor actual performance against targets.
• Financial Analysis : Conduct monthly financial reviews to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Cost Management : Analyze operational costs and implement strategies to optimize spending without compromising quality.
• Reporting : Prepare internal financial reports, including financial statements, budget summaries, and performance analyses for management.
• Decision Support : Provide financial insights to support key business decisions related to capital expenditure, pricing, and production planning.
• Costing : Evaluate inventory valuation and costing to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Risk Analysis : Identify and assess financial and operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Registered Public Accounting Firm or in a similar role within a manufacturing company
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Management from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and effective teamwork.
• Proficiency in PSAK, US GAAP, and IFRS.
• Technical skills in SAP, Business Intelligence tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• High level of commitment and responsibility to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ngoro, Mojokerto, East Java.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation and tax regulations.
