Role Description
This is a contract role for an Android Developer, located on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Android Developer will be responsible for designing and developing mobile applications, specifically for the Android platform. Daily tasks will include software development, collaborating with teams to define and design new features, and debugging and improving application performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Android mobile application development.
- Proven experience with
React Native for building cross-platform apps. - Strong proficiency in
JavaScript / TypeScript. - Familiarity with
Android SDK and native Android components. - Understanding of mobile architectures
(MVVM, Redux, Flux). - Experience with
RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile data handling
. - Familiarity with mobile app security, authentication
(OAuth2, JWT, SSO)
. - Experience with
Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control. - Exposure to
CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployment
. - Knowledge of testing frameworks
(Jest, Detox, Espresso) is an advantage. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
