Staff Universal Banker Responsibilities- To provide excellent service through introducing appropriate bank services / products to customers' queries.
- To perform other operational duties and work as support function.
- Offer a number of product promos and existing products directly to customers.
- Conducting HSBC's cross sell product to existing customers.
- Directs and informs the product digitally and provides technical guidance for accessing the system (digital).
- Implement administrative follow‑up process on products approved by customers.
- Record and follow up any complaints submitted by the customer.
- Managing the operational risk in relation to activities and relationships with customers in accordance with prevailing rules and procedures.
- Indonesia Citizen only.
- Bachelor DegreeFresh graduates are welcome.
- Having experience as Admin Staff would be an advantage.
- Good communication skillProficiency in English and Computer Literate.
- Able to work under pressure.
