Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or other relevant degree
Having minimum 1 year experience in Quality Assurance at Pharmaceutical Industry, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Having knowledge in current GxP especially for GDocP, Good Data and Record Management Practices
Good attention to details and reviewing documents
Good communication and coordination skills
Job Description Summary:
Establish and maintain a robust document control system
Develop, review and control all relevant quality assurance documentation
Managing the change control process, including initiate, review, and monitor implementation change-controlled documents
Ensure that all documents are accurate, up to date and accessible to authorized personnel
Ensure that the circulation and suitability of worksheet issuance used by the related department
Carry out work according to current GxP and other relevant regulations
