Responsibilities Job Descriptions Building And Supporting Facilities Maintenance
  • Responsible in conducting the preventive maintenance that consist of : Daily checking to all equipment in accordance to the established schedule, Handling equipment borrowing, Equipment maintenance and repair
  • Perform building and supporting facilities maintenance such as mechanical, electrical, civil, and plumbing.
  • Ensure all equipments and building supporting facilities is in normal condition and ready to use.
  • Responsible in conducting the building facility maintenance according to the established schedule.
  • mplement the health and safety system and working area cleanliness (5R).
  • Responsible in following up the submitted repair request.
  • Responsible for monitoring the in and out flow of warehousing materials.
Building Equipment And Supporting Facilities Unit Operational Activities
  • Operate and monitor the equipment usage in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedure, such as : Generator Set System, Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioner (HVAC), Electrical System, Electronic and Sound System, Firefighting system, Building Automatic System ( BAS ), Close Circuit Television ( CCTV ), Vertical transportation system
  • Responsible in conducting working report, electrical power consumption, and water consumption daily.
  • Responsible in provide excellent service to the academic operation and several activities in the working area.
  • Suggest improvement to the equipment cost consumption efficiency.
Management Support Activities
  • Assist and implement archive documentation related to the Maintenance Engineering.
  • Suggest improvement process in the maintenance engineering scope.
  • Perform activities related to the Quality Management System.
  • Perform other duties assigned by direct supervisor
Requirements
  • Diploma Degree (D3), or University student (6th semester)
  • 1-3 years working experience
