Assist the Head of Product / Product Manager in making product documentation (Business Requirement Document, Functional Specification Document) according to standards and directives.

Represent the product team to explain the development plan and progress to the internal or external organization.

Conducting an application review related to the suitability between the results of the dev team's work and the needs written in BRD / FSD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create product documentation (Business Requirement Document, Functional Specification Document) according to standards and guidelines.
  • Explain product development plans and progress to internal or external stakeholders.
  • Review applications to ensure alignment between the development team's output and the requirements outlined in the BRD/FSD.
Requirements
  • Familiar with SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experienced in creating BRDs, Functional Specs, and design documents (flowcharts, ERD, UI).
  • Willing to work in-office (Bandung or Jakarta).
