We are seeking a
Recruitment Specialist
who will be fully dedicated to
sourcing, attracting, and selecting the best technical and professional talent
across our workshops and project sites.
This role is crucial in ensuring the
right people fill the right roles
from skilled operator and machinists to project supervisors and engineers.

- You act as a trusted recruitment partner to managers, providing insights, candidate assessments, and market trends.
- You help strengthen Surya Sealindo's employer brand as a top destination for skilled industrial professionals in Indonesia.
You will be part of the HR & GA Department, reporting directly to the HR Manager, and will collaborate closely with:
- Production & Site Managers to understand manpower planning and technical job profiles,
- QC & PPIC Teams for technical competency validation, and
- Top Management (Director & Asst. Director) for strategic hiring and workforce planning.
This position directly supports the company's rapid expansion and operational excellence by ensuring talent readiness and workforce quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to candidate placement.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive talent pool for technical, operational, and supporting roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements and competency standards for each position.
- Conduct competency-based interviews (CBI) and behavioral assessments.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels online job portals, LinkedIn, professional groups, SMK/Politeknik partnerships, and referrals.
- Prepare and manage weekly and monthly recruitment dashboards to track progress and performance.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth transition for new hires.
- Promote employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, internship programs, and digital campaigns.
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with labor regulations and company HR policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical or industrial recruitment, preferably from manufacturing, mining services, or oil & gas contractor industries.
- Strong understanding of industrial and technical job roles such as cnc operator, lathe operator, machinist, QC inspector, drafter, site engineer, and PPIC.
- Proficient in competency-based interview techniques (CBI) and behavioral assessments.
- Skilled in talent sourcing and pipeline building, both online and offline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, disciplined in documentation and reporting.
- Able to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of HRIS or ATS systems is an advantage.
