Decription Job :

  • Handle full of HR activities which include manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance and talent management, training and development, discipline and any other related HR services.
  • Conduct recruitment and initial interview of shortlisted candidates
  • Process and prepare reports related to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, complaints, performance evaluation, etc)
  • Update, and maintain employee database (hard & soft copy as well as in HRIS)
  • Coordinate and cooperate with Head Office HR Team to align all HR Processes and procedures, recruitment, and policy.

Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, a degree in Human Resources or Psychology would be an advantage
  • 5 years experience as HR Assistant Manager or relevant human resources
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS
  • Good in managerial team, leadership and negotiation
  • Strong communications skills
  • Understand UU Cipta Kerja & UU Ketenagakerjaan
