We are looking for PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Essential Oil division) to apply for the following positions to be stationed in our office in Cikarang (Jawa Barat).
Our main essential oil includes: Patchouli Oil, Clove Oil, Citronella Oil, Cajeput Oil, Nutmeg Oil and Vetiver Oil.
REQUIREMENTS: ·
- Min Diploma Degree in Chemical Engineering or any related studies
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in Chemical/Essential Oil related industries and 2 years in supervising
- Ms. Office in intermediate skills
- Basic skills in English
- Responsible and possess a good attitude
- Able to read formulas and procedures in the safety manual
- Able to work as a team player and committed
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Support Plant Manager in handling plant commissioning, start-up, shutdown, and normal production activities on 8 hours of normal shift
- Operate & monitor process equipment such as Distillation Stills, Condenser, Separator, filters, storage tanks, and utilities such as cooling water & steam system, etc
- Support Quality Control and maintenance operations to optimize plant performance and resources to meet production schedules, quality, and cost objectives
- Supervise Extraction, Packing, loading & unloading operations with proper documentation
- Carry out daily operational tasks in compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements
- Execute the trial production of new products with new operating concepts
- Responsible for the accuracy of inventories
- Maintain accurate, traceable, and updated records of all inbound/outbound goods
- Carry out the preventive maintenance of process equipment and utilities
- Perform periodical patrolling, field checking, and regular housekeeping
- Liaise with colleagues from other operations areas to ensure smooth operation of the plant
- Participate in Emergency Response Plan, Fire fighting exercise, etc
