Job Description:

  • Determine the hardware and software issue and evaluate the best way to resolve it, in order to ensure IT peripherals in all offices are functioning properly.
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliable connectivity of applications and services across local and regional offices.
  • Install, support, and maintain various IT hardware and systems, including printers, CCTV, biometric access control, Wi-Fi controllers, LAN, IP and PBX telephony systems.
  • Provide first-level technical support to staff, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
  • Establish and maintain vendor relationships for IT services and equipment.
  • Manage and maintain endpoint security/antivirus system, network security, threat management and VPN.

Qulifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Must have at least 3 years experiences in related scope.
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang (KNIC)
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other products.
  • Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical IT issues.
  • Network experience (TCP/IP, Mikrotik installation)
  • Understanding the principles of network security, backup system, and license management.
