Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sourcing, development, and execution of local equipment and parts procurement in Indonesia.

  • Conduct business negotiations with suppliers regarding inquiries, price comparisons, bargaining, and delivery schedules; control procurement costs and achieve cost reduction targets.

  • Organize procurement tenders, contract reviews, and signings, and ensure the implementation of contracts.

  • Collaborate with requesting departments to monitor suppliers' delivery schedules, product quality, and quantities, and promptly communicate, coordinate, and resolve any abnormalities.

  • Regularly stay informed about market trends of procured equipment, and maintain data collection, organization, and updates of procurement resource records.

  • Manage procurement documents, update procurement data in SAP/SRM systems, and maintain order management.

Qualifications:

1.  Bachelor's degree or higher in Business English, Chinese, or related fields. Preference given to candidates with 2+ years of experience in equipment and spare parts procurement.

2.  Familiar with international trade processes; prior in-depth knowledge of Incoterms is a plus. Proficient in MS Office applications.

3.  Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese. English can be used as a working language.

4.  Familiar with trade-related regulations in Indonesia.
