to establish and manage all Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) functions in our newly established company. This role will build processes from scratch, ensure compliance, and deliver data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- F&A Infrastructure
– Design and establish the company's chart of accounts, accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reporting frameworks. - Month-End Close
– Lead the full month-end close process and prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with business KPIs (e.g., cost/mile, trailer utilization). - Cost Allocation & Billing
– Develop models to track costs and accurately bill customers for services rendered. - Compliance Management
– Prepare and file all required tax returns, including employee income tax, withholding taxes, VAT, and corporate income tax. - Management Reporting
