We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow our battery and energy storage system (BESS) business for both B2B and B2C markets. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored energy solutions across sectors such as industrial, mining, solar/ESS, transportation, and household applications.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for BESS in sectors such as mining, industrial, commercial, solar/ESS, transportation, household, etc.
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, resellers, and direct clients.
  • Provide technical explanations and product recommendations based on client needs and applications.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align client requirements with battery system capabilities.
  • Achieve sales targets and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Follow up on post-sales processes including delivery, support, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in energy, electronics, or automotive sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of battery systems (Li-ion/LFP), inverters, and energy storage applications are preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and site visits.
