Role Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced
HR Manager
to oversee all Human Resources functions within our F&B company. This position is responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies, covering recruitment, employee development, performance management, and ensuring a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's values.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention processes.
  • Lead training programs, employee development, and career path planning.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance through a structured appraisal system.
  • Handle employee relations, labor issues, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Design organizational structures, job descriptions, and competitive compensation & benefits systems.
  • Foster a healthy, productive, and positive work culture in line with F&B industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to the HR team to achieve performance targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role for at least 3–5 years, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail in execution.
  • Ability to work with deadlines, manage priorities, and make sound decisions.
  • Familiar with Indonesian labor laws and related regulations.
  • Proactive, problem solver, and highly committed with strong integrity.
