Role Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced
HR Manager
to oversee all Human Resources functions within our F&B company. This position is responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies, covering recruitment, employee development, performance management, and ensuring a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's values.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention processes.
- Lead training programs, employee development, and career path planning.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance through a structured appraisal system.
- Handle employee relations, labor issues, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Design organizational structures, job descriptions, and competitive compensation & benefits systems.
- Foster a healthy, productive, and positive work culture in line with F&B industry standards.
- Provide guidance and supervision to the HR team to achieve performance targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role for at least 3–5 years, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail in execution.
- Ability to work with deadlines, manage priorities, and make sound decisions.
- Familiar with Indonesian labor laws and related regulations.
- Proactive, problem solver, and highly committed with strong integrity.
