About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant who will be responsible for designing and developing a comprehensive HRIS (Human Resource Information System) from the ground up. This role requires deep expertise in HR operations and processes to ensure the system fully supports end-to-end HR activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of HRIS, including analysis, design, implementation, and optimization.

  • Conduct detailed mapping and documentation of all HR processes to translate into system workflows.

  • Collaborate with IT/development teams to ensure all HR modules are functionally aligned with business needs.

  • Provide expertise and input on process automation, data accuracy, and HR compliance.

  • Perform system testing, user training, and post-launch evaluation to ensure system effectiveness.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in HR operations, ensuring best practices are embedded in the HRIS.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including hands-on experience in HR process development and HRIS implementation.

Proven ability to design and document HR workflows comprehensively.

Strong understanding of HR operations, legal requirements, and best practices.

Excellent collaboration skills with both HR and technical (IT/development) teams.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Experience managing or developing HR digitalization projects is a strong advantage.
