Key Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
Guide and coach the development team on Agile best practices.
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure well-defined backlogs and smooth sprint execution.
Identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity.
Foster continuous improvement and maintain an environment of transparency and open communication.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery timelines and goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
in IT or a related field,
minimum GPA 3.00/4.00
.
Minimum 3+ years of experience
as a Scrum Master or in a related Agile role.
Experience in
banking or financial services
is a strong plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
Willing to work fully on-site
in the
Central Jakarta
area.
Available for a
6-month contract
, with potential extension based on performance.
