We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Maintenance to join our team in Gresik. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the company's production facilities and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Factory maintenance activities include technical installations, electrical, and mechanical.
- Design, implement, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Develop and maintain a regular maintenance schedule.
- Create and enforce maintenance standard operating procedures and ensure compliance.
- Ensure safety facilities and needs are fully supported.
- Produce simple technical SOPs so users understand machine operation.
- Maintain spare parts inventory in collaboration with Procurement.
- Apply LEAN manufacturing principles to the technical side (tooling, machinery, PLC technology, machine applications).
- Set up key performance indicators for the machines.
- Support development of a 5S culture.
- Ensure the factory meets international standards.
- Review electronic appliances based on user requests.
- Collaborate on suitable machinery, appliances, and technology solutions to support users’ work.
- Lead the maintenance team.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Minimum education in S1 Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in maintenance, with at least 3 years as a leader, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance principles for production machines, preferably in the furniture industry.
- Mastery of production machines’ electrical, PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing and experience in project management.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills, problem‑solving, leadership, and decision‑making ability.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with teams across departments.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) principles and environmental regulations related to machine maintenance.
