Responsibilities:
- Communicate and implement company policies and regulations to outsourcing employees
- Manage all administrative matters of outsourcing employees (contract agreements, attendance, warning letters, resignation letters, etc.)
- Provide coaching and counseling as needed for outsourcing employees
- Conduct briefings for both new hires and replacements before being sent for user interviews
- Prepare and submit Employee Relation reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major
- At least 1 year of relevant experience as an Employee Relation and a good understanding of the role
- Highly motivated, with strong critical and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Preferably domiciled in Jakarta or nearby areas
