Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and implement company policies and regulations to outsourcing employees
  • Manage all administrative matters of outsourcing employees (contract agreements, attendance, warning letters, resignation letters, etc.)
  • Provide coaching and counseling as needed for outsourcing employees
  • Conduct briefings for both new hires and replacements before being sent for user interviews
  • Prepare and submit Employee Relation reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience as an Employee Relation and a good understanding of the role
  • Highly motivated, with strong critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Preferably domiciled in Jakarta or nearby areas
