What you'll be doing

  • Manage all administrative tasks and reporting related to the Product Department to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Sales and Marketing teams, including data preparation, promotional materials, and coordination of marketing activities.

  • Classify, maintain, and analyze product and market data to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement, marketing support, administrative logistics, or inventory management.

  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong interest in administrative and support tasks.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and PivotTables.
