Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree majored in law, from a reputable university
- 1-2 years experience in industrial relations or related field
- Strong analysis skills, knowledge of employment law, wage system
- Abilities in performance management system will be an added advantage
- Good communication, employee relations, negotiation and conflict mediation skills as well as sensitivity to organizational culture and ethics
- Abilities in Human Resources Management
- Able to work individually and in a team
