The ideal candidate will be responsible for manage and maintain a positive and productive relationship between the company, its employees, unions, and government agencies by ensuring compliance with labor laws and resolving conflicts.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree majored in law, from a reputable university
  • 1-2 years experience in industrial relations or related field
  • Strong analysis skills, knowledge of employment law, wage system
  • Abilities in performance management system will be an added advantage
  • Good communication, employee relations, negotiation and conflict mediation skills as well as sensitivity to organizational culture and ethics
  • Abilities in Human Resources Management
  • Able to work individually and in a team
