Job Description:
- Responsible for achieving business development goals by preparing business strategies, client management, and periodically monitoring product achievements in accordance with applicable standards and regulations
- Manage business channeling and explore supply chain financing opportunities
- Ensure business growth through structured lending and partnership strategies
- Carrying out sales/business presentation and regular reporting
- Become a key person who connects with potential partners and management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from Business Management/Economics or related major
- Minimum of 5 years experiences in Commercial Banking/Business Development/Relationship Manager or other relevant position from banking or financial services
- Familiar with Lending products, Business Channeling or Partnership Management
- Familiar with the provisions and business processes in the banking industry
- Strong in marketing and negotiation, good stakeholder management and presentation skills
