Job Description:

  • Preparing purchase orders based on stock availability, price, quality and delivery time.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment based on sales trends and forecasts.
  • Liaise with vendors, and internal teams (e.g. sales, merchandising, operations, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Track order statuses and update procurement records in the system accurately.
  • Help manage supplier databases and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in any field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with data and analyze basic purchasing reports.
  • Familiarity with procurement or inventory management systems (experience with Excel or other ERP tools is an advantage).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing e-commerce environment.
